Terms & Conditions

The following are our terms and conditions of trading. All reservations are accepted on the basis of these terms and conditions.



Making a Reservation



All reservations made at The Hickman Hill Hotel are held upon receipt of verbal or written confirmation. This applies only when valid credit card details and contact telephone number have been given.



Confirmation



If required, we will confirm a reservation by Fax, Email or in writing.



Cancellation



In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your confirmed booking we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. Our cancellation policy is as follows:


1)For notice from 3 to 6 days from date of arrival then an 80% charge per room applies.

2) Should the cancellation be within 2 days of the arrival date then a 100% charge per room applies.



To avoid confusion we kindly request that any cancellations be made in writing.




Non-Arrivals



Guests with confirmed reservations who do not take up the reservation will be considered as non-arrivals and will therefore be liable for the room charge in full.



Pets

We operate a no pets policy.
