At the Select Lincolnshire food and drink awards held in February 2013 we collected two Highly Commended certificates for the Select Lincolnshire Restaurant and Select Lincolnshire Hotel of the Year 2013.
Continuing on from last year the Hickman Hill Hotel picked up two further awards at the Select Lincolnshire and Tastes of Lincolnshire awards ceremony in February 2012. The event was held at the Double Tree Hilton on Brayford Wharf in Lincoln. We were highly commended in the Hotels and Restaurant category.
After last years success at the Tastes of Lincolnshire Awards we have received another commendation. We were presented with a Highly Commemded Certficate for Accommodation in the Tastes of Lincolnshire Awards 2010 which were presented at the Lincoln Hotel on the 1st Feb 2011.
On the 11th Jan 2010 The Hickman Hill Hotel received another accolade as Winner in the Tastes of Lincolnshire Awards 2009, Restaurant section.
At an awards ceremony held at Normanby Hall, Lincolnshire Tourism rated the Hickman Hill Hotel "Highly Commended" in the Hotel of the Year category for 2008.
Competition was fierce and the judges commented "An oasis, charming and attractive business that goes the extra mile for the customer".
The awards were presented by Peter White, the Disability Affairs Correspondent for the BBC and Penny Baker, Chief Executive of Lincolnshire Tourism.
